I am from Columbus, OH. I chose graphic design because it looked really inclusive and very open to my interest in design. I saw they had a very strong success rate in their student body and I wanted to join that rate. My favorite project is my Senior Thesis, Catholic Falcon Community, because it challenged me to better myself as a designer and marketer. I met hundreds of great people while crafting this project. With my degree, I am currently designing for a golf brand, but I do hope to move forward and market for more brands. One tip I have for future designers is: Be patient with ALL your work. Rushing will lead to flaws and errors in your work. At times you will feel crunched in time and want to rush, but try to practice patience, as it will lead to better work and better learning outcomes. In terms of awards, I had my work featured in a gallery for Glass Blowing!
